Licence 158/2017, dated 24/12/2017, covers a contract to collect electricity revenue for, rehabilitate and maintain the Dhi Qar electricity network, at a stated cost of USD 23,140,400. Licence 161/2018, dated 1 March 2018 in the register, covers the same type of contract for North Nasiriyah, at a stated cost of USD 16,502,000. The combined stated cost is USD 39,642,400. No source located reports how the contracts were carried out or whether they remain in force.
