Former director of the South Oil Company's engineering body (unnamed)

The Integrity Commission said on 28 December 2017 that the investigating judge had issued an arrest and search warrant against him under article 340 of the Penal Code in the Unaoil case, alongside Oday al-Quraishi and Basil al-Jarah, that the police in Basra and Kirkuk had been asked to execute it, and that a file had been opened to recover the accused. The Commission did not name him. No trial or verdict is known as of 19 October 2026.
