The Integrity Commission said on 25 July 2021 that examiners at the Baquba silo had changed the results of 125 wheat samples, and that at Khan Bani Saad a fictitious receipt of 160 tonnes had been recorded and 17 transactions paid without the wheat being unloaded, in agreement with farmers; the records were put before the Baquba integrity investigation judge. Later outcome not known as of 19 October 2026.
