- Licence 74/2016 (education): معهد وإعدادية الإمام الكاظم للعلوم الإسلامية (Imam al-Kadhim institute and preparatory school for Islamic sciences), Dhi Qar, stated cost IQD 1,650,000,000. The list dates it '2 November 2016'. Licences 73/2016 and 75/2016 carry the same date and licence 76/2016 is dated 14/2/2016, so the date is most likely 11 February 2016 with day and month transposed. Licence 98/2016 of 19/9/2016 (housing): مجمع النزاهة السكني (al-Nazaha residential complex), Dhi Qar, stated cost USD 2,300,000. The completion column reads '1' for both, which the register reads as 100 per cent complete. Not verified in any other source.

Licence 184/2018 of 13/3/2018 (education) is held jointly with عبد النبي إسماعيل إبراهيم for جامعة العين الأهلية (al-Ain private university), Dhi Qar, stated cost IQD 5,275,200,000, completion recorded as 45 per cent. Al-Ayen Iraqi University (جامعة العين العراقية) in Nasiriyah says it was founded in October 2017 and recognised by ministerial letter 7001 of 5/10/2017. No other government contract was found in the sources read.
