- None naming the licensee. The Integrity Commission arrest of June 2025 concerned an unnamed Ministry of Transport employee at the northern Kirkuk garage, not the company.
- What became of the project
- Not established. The NIC register gives no completion figure ('؟') and lists no obstacle. No public report on the investment project was found. On 9 June 2025 the network 964 reported an Integrity Commission statement that its staff in Kirkuk had arrested an employee of the Ministry of Transport who collected government fees at the northern Kirkuk garage, for taking money from taxi drivers on the Kirkuk and Nineveh line without official receipts. The report does not mention the licensee or the investment licence. It shows only that the Ministry of Transport was still collecting government fees at a garage of that name in June 2025. Whether this is the site covered by licence 388/2020 is not confirmed.
