NIC licence 390/2020 of 26 August 2020 for the Jawharat al-Basra Residential Complex (مجمع جوهرة البصرة السكني) in Basra, stated cost USD 85,335,560. The NIC register records the completion rate as '؟' (unknown). No source on the progress of this project was found in the sources checked.

Separately, Central Bank of Iraq announcements dated 15 August 2016 and 24 May 2017 list 'شركة ارض الميدان للخدمات الهندسية والمقاولات' among contractors asked to collect treasury bonds issued for contractors' dues, with the Ministry of Justice as the executing ministry. This shows the company worked as a Ministry of Justice contractor. The announcements give no contract details.
