- The NIC list records licence 167/2018 (2018) for Al-Saadi private hospital (مستشفى السعدي الأهلي) in Basra at a stated cost of USD 5,537,800 and marks completion at 100 per cent. No independent report on the hospital project was found.
- Other contracts with the state
- A licensee with the same name appears in the NIC list (licence 118/2017, index 167) together with Talib Khraibet Hassan (طالب خريبط حسن) for the Luluat Al-Basra residential complex (مجمع لؤلؤة البصرة السكني), stated cost USD 6,842,200. The NIC list marks completion at 0 per cent and records the obstacle «لم تكتمل إجراءات توقيع العقد مع الجهة المالكة للأرض». The Basra Investment Commission's licence page (T/112, dated 29/1/2017) gives the same two investors, a capital of IQD 73,780,000,000, a site at plot 794/1 Al-Qibla owned by the Basra Municipality Directorate, a 40-year investment term and Peeran Company for Construction, Mechanical and Electrical Contracting as the implementing company. The match is by name and province only; identity is not confirmed.
