- The NIC list records licence 174/2018 (2018) for an electronic driving test system (نظام الاختبار الالكتروني للقيادة) at traffic directorate complexes, stated cost USD 11,000,000, and marks completion at 100 per cent. Alsumaria News reported on 11 March 2019 that the General Traffic Directorate, in coordination with the Police Martyrs Fund, opened an electronic driving test project for driving licence applicants. That report names no company, so it is not established that it describes the Parma project.
