مدير بلدية بعقوبة الأسبق. حكمت عليه محكمة جنايات ديالى (الهيئة الأولى) غيابياً للإضرار العمدي بالمال العام (المادة 340 من قانون العقوبات)، إذ أعاد تخصيص قطعة أرض سكنية مخصّصة لصحفي متوفّى لشخص آخر دون أمر تخصيص أصولي، واكتشفت أرملة الصحفي ذلك حين راجعت لتسلّمها.
